All sales made on trvpmrkt.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once the order has been processed and shipped.
2. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in processing and shipping your order, but once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@trvpmrkt.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
3. Shipping Carrier Claims
If your package is lost or damaged, we will open a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. However, please note that claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation process and may take time to resolve. Any refunds or reimbursements are subject to the carrier’s policies, and we cannot guarantee a resolution.
4. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees to resend the package.
